The United States International Trade Court (CIT) recently made a final ruling in the case of Optima Steel International, LLC, upholding the final anti-dumping administrative review decision of the US Department of Commerce on some hot-rolled flat steel products imported from Japan.

At the same time, the US Department of Commerce issued a statement stating that it is now revising its final ruling to adjust the weighted average dumping margin of products involved by Tokyo Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to 5.2%, effective from April 6, 2024.
